At Luxen Fitness, we are committed to providing our clients with a premium fitness experience. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have outlined our return and refund policy below. By enrolling in our programs or purchasing our services, you agree to the terms specified in this policy.
1. Memberships and Program Fees
- Refund Eligibility: Membership fees and program charges are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

- Medical conditions preventing further participation, supported by a valid medical certificate.
- Relocation to an area where Luxen Fitness services are not available (proof of relocation required).
- Refund Requests: To request a refund under the eligible scenarios, clients must submit a written request along with supporting documentation to the management team within 14 days of the event.
- Prorated Refunds: Refunds for eligible cases will be prorated based on the remaining duration of the membership or program.
2. Products and Merchandise
- Return Eligibility: Products purchased at Luxen Fitness must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt to qualify for a return or exchange. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items, consumables (e.g., supplements), and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Refund Process:
- Approved product returns will be refunded via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Classes and Sessions
- Cancellation and Rescheduling:

- Clients must cancel or reschedule booked classes or sessions at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a penalty.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the session or a cancellation fee.
- Refund Policy for Classes: Prepaid classes or session packages are non-refundable but can be transferred to another individual upon management approval.
5. Events and Workshops
- Refunds for Event Cancellations:
- Full refunds will be issued if Luxen Fitness cancels an event or workshop.
- If a client cancels their participation, refunds will only be issued if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the event date.
6. Advanced Recovery and Wellness Services
Refunds for unused wellness and recovery services (e.g., hydrotherapy, steam rooms) will be considered on a case-by-case basis and require management approval.
7. Processing of Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of approval. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method or as a service credit, as determined by management.
